This involves using the standard tenancy forms of the Residential Tenancies Authority such as the General Tenancies Agreement and forms for Bond, Breaches and resolution of Disputes. Interviews are undertaken to better understand the prospective tenant's needs. Most rents are paid through Centrelink. Submit your application Tenancy Agreement The tenancy agreement contains the following special conditions for which the tenant signs acknowledgement thereof: I have read the Special Conditions of Tenancy applying to this tenancy agreement;2. I will maintain the clean and tidy condition of the property upon commencement of occupancy.3. The maximum number of people to occupy the dwelling (Item 15) will not be exceeded;4. I authorise the company, as landlord, to add, alter or delete my Centrelink deductions;5. Any damages to the property, rent arrears or neighbourhood disturbances will result in a claim to QCAT to have the agreement terminated;6. I will transfer Ergon Energy electricity service into my name. Download the tenancy agreement Homeless Service The service has been operating over 25 years and has recently transitioned to a new service model in end of 2022. The new service model has increased the number of individuals and their family members experiencing homelessness to be accommodated and supported to achieve sustainable tenancies of their choice through case management and advocacy.
