Directors and Staff

Our organisation exists because of the hard work our talented and supportive directors and staff put in every day.

Corporate governance is provided by a duly constituted board of directors on behalf of members. The constitution is registered with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) and the ACN is 600 170 287. The minimum number of directors required by the constitution is three people and the term of appointment may be up to three years.

We are a stand alone company that continues to provide affordable housing options to Australian First Nations People. We have come along way since establishment in 1975 , we continue to be an active community stakeholder representing Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people and their families to achieve safe sustainable housing. We are one of the largest rate payers in the Charters Towers Regional Area , the main expenditure is maintaining the property rate s. We welcome assistance............
