Directors and Staff

Our organisation exists because of our committed and supportive members, directors and staff. Our corporate governance is provided by a duly constituted board of up to five directors appointed by members. The constitution is registered with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) and the ACN is 600 170 287. The minimum number of directors required by the constitution is three people and the term of appointment may be up to three years.
