It is with great pleasure that I present the Chairperson Report for 2024. This year has been a remarkable journey for our organisation, marked by significant achievements, learning opportunities, and strategic growth. As we look back on the year's accomplishments, I am filled with optimism for the future and gratitude for the dedication of our team and partners.  

As we move into 2025, our focus will be on further strengthening our core competencies, expanding our reach, and fostering an inclusive and dynamic workplace culture. We are committed to maintaining our momentum and achieving new milestones.
