Our goal is to develop energy efficient, environmentally friendly projects in Charters Towers that will not only meet a real housing need but help us grow in a sustainable manner to continue delivering affordable low-rental housing. 

Our project is a four-unit building (one-bedroom/lounge design) that was scheduled to be completed in 2004. Unfortunately construction of the building did not proceed due to insufficient funding.  A revised estimate of cost is currently being developed but given price increases since 2004, the cost would now exceed $600,000.
